SALES SPECIALIST - INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTANT

Our three showrooms—in SF, LA and NYC—are seeking personable and experienced design professionals to thrive in our fast-paced culture of excellence. Reporting to the COO—and collaborating closely with our technical teams and network of sales reps—successful candidates will draw on their sales know-how to educate potential clients and close deals.

Job Description

Leverage your experience in interiors, passion for high design and solid industry relationships to help grow a brand that is expanding nationally. The ideal candidate will prospect new trade-based business, performing cold sales calls to generate new leads. The role also supports existing clients and conducts product demonstrations both virtually and IRL.

Key Responsibilities

Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business in the trade community.

Conduct outreach opportunities to interior designers, decorators, architects and realtors; promptly respond to inquiries with requested information and keep prospects engaged.

Maintain and effectively demonstrate detailed knowledge of our product lines.

Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas; stay informed of and share out relevant design industry trends.

Cultivate and promote ELEMENTI’s work culture of professionalism and positivity.

About You

Sales professional with 5+ years of high-end furniture experience and solid trade relationships.

5+ years of experience in cold-call sales and strong track record of success; experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.

Awareness of and interest in interior design, home décor, and luxury furniture.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent studies in interior design or interior architecture is preferred but not necessary.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team to meet or exceed goals.

Proactive team player with excellent communication skills.

Positive and upbeat personality.

Proficiency in CRM platforms.
